Feeding department
1. Adopt the feeding technique of Sun company in USA, it can feed
paper continuously or by partition with high speed.
2. Adopt inverter to adjust vacuum air flow and pressure to match
paperobard size.
3. Paperboard adopts brush and vacuum to remove dust, de-
electrostatic device.
4. Main motor starting protective device, if all units do not lock, the
main motor does not start.
5. Double roller feeding paper, feeding paper rubber roller quick
change structure.
6. Side baffle adopts pneumatic patting paperboard.
7. Main motor adopt frequency conversion adjustment, saving energy.
Printing unit
1. Spinning axle hanging flexo plate, both sides can be locked, it makes
the hanging flexo plate and positioning more precise.
2. Anilox roller adopts clutch structure, as it does not print, it breaks away
from main drive,saving energy. When it washes independently, it is no
need to keep same speed withthe main motor.Rubber roller and anilox roller
is fixed speed difference, it makes rubber roller to scrape ink.
3. The speed difference between the rubber roller and the anilox roller
is fixed, so that the rubber roller can doctor the ink.
4. Printing phase and axial position adopt computer and electronic
digital control.
5. Rubber roller and anilox roller quick change structure, simple and quick.
6. Printing phase adopt electromagnetic braking, when separate or wash
machine, it can keep gears fixed.
7. Vacuum transmission, paperboard feeds steadily, it is no need to install auxiliary pulling

Heating unit

Slotting unit
1. Adopt internal gear structure to adjust carton box height, it prevents
lubrication oil not easy pollution carton box.
2. Press line after pre-pressing, the paperboard is not easy crushed.
3. Slotting knife seat lateral movement adopts ball screw with linear rail,
moving flexible and precise.
4. Slotting phase and carton box height adjustment adopt computer and
electric digital control.
5. Slotting knfie carton box height adjustment installs anti-collision
protective device and it will not damage the machine.

7. Elastic slicing corner structure, it can cut three layer, five layer

Die cutting unit
1. Special mechanical structure of rubber roller automtically move
within 50mm,it prolong rubber using life.
2. Printing phase and axial position adopt computer and electronic
digital control.
3. Die cutting roller lateral position adopts computer and electric
digital control within cotrol range ±10mm.
4. Rubber roller adopts independent motor drive to control the rubber
roller speed, compensation range ±3mm.
5. Rubber roller cutting and grinding structure to keep rubber surface neat.
6. Rubber roller and die cutting roller gap adopts computer and electric
digital control.

High speed stacker unit
1. Platform rises up and down safety design to ensure operator safety.
2. Frequency conversion adjusting speed drive, it is easy linkage with
main motor.

paperboard neatly.
