WJ Series High Speed Corrugated Cardboard Production line
Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard.The 3ply,5ply,7ply,and multifunction corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment: Mill Roll Stand, surface paper(core-paper) preheater.Single facer, Conveying Span Bridge.Glue Application Machine, Double Facer, Rotary Shear, Slitter Scorer, Cut-off,Conveyer
and Stacker, Steam heating System, Air compression system and Glue Making System, etc.Different models and quantities equipments can compose different models and grades 3ply,5ply,7ply corrugated paperboard production line. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our company has developed and designed these production
lines with the speed 150-300m/min; the paper width 1800-2800mm and A/C/B/E four flutes for customer to choose from, the flute shape is UV shape and more like V shape.

Single Facer
KDW7/6 Cassette double corrugated rollers fast change single facer machine
* Fast changing corrugated rollers in cassette, hydraulic trolley carries corrugated
rollers cassette to single facer, reduce the time of changing job into 20 minutes.
* Up and down corrugated rollers are made of high quality chromium molybdenum
alloy steel, and are through heat treatment to strengthen the hardness, the surface
of corrugated rollers is through grinding and coated
with tungsten carbide.
* Corruated roller diameter 408mm,big and small roller design, two sets corrugated
rollers are installed in cassette which is installed at bottom of single facer , this design
drops the center of gravity to reduce vibration and prevent sensitive resonance velocity.
Cassettes can be changed in standard size without extra adjustment.
* Unique vacuum suction design with negative pressure, automatically clear the glue
blocks to prevent gas hole plugging and make noise low, it meet standard requirements.
* Glue roller and doctor roller are design as group, move forward and back in horizontal
direction by hydraulic, can move out together, easy to clear maintenance and repair.
Electric adjustment of glue device, equipped with core paper humidity device.
* The gap between glue roller and down corrugated roller, pressure roller and down
corrugated roller are adjusted by electric motor synchronously and equipped with
mechanical protection device.
* Equipped with pre-heating cylinder which is rotating automatically driven by
inverter motor, diameter is 700mm and equipped with electric wrap angle adjustment.

* Quantity of glue can be adjusted by computer or manual. According to the different
speed, quality of raw material etc factors input parameter in advance on through
the touch screen, then the PLC can adjust the quantity of glue reasonably to improve
the quality of corrugated cardboard.

KFW5/KFW4 Cassette double corrugated rollers fast change

SDW3/SDW1 Type Double Corrugated Group Rollers Fast Change Single Facer

ZQY Type of Computerized Slitter scorer
* Control of slitting or scoring subassembly adopts individual AC servo motor and controller, therefore realizes quick and precise order change. Order time is <3 seconds.
* Shift of slitting or scoring subassembly adopts precise gear wheel and rack made of alloy steel, with high precision, reliability and easy maintenance. The precision of slit and score is ±0.5mm.
