Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard.The 3ply,5ply,7ply,and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment: Mill Roll Stand, surface paper(core-paper) pre-heater.Single facer, Conveying Span Bridge.Glue Application Machine, Double Facer, Rotary Shear, Slitter Scorer, Cut-off,Conveyer and Stacker, Steam heating System, Air compression system and Glue Making System, etc.Different models and quantities equipments can compose different models and grades 3ply,5ply,7ply corrugated paperboard production line. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 150-350m/min; the paper width 1800-3000mm and A/C/B/E four flutes for customer to choose from, the flute shape is UV shape and more like V shape.
Single Facer
KFW7/8 Negative Pressure Cassette Type Quick Change Single Side Corrugating Machine
*The cassette type design can quickly change the corrugated roller, and the hydraulic change roller trolley change carries the corrugated roller set into the corrugated machine, and the roll change time is less than 20 minutes.
*The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of high quality chrome-molybdenum alloy steel with heat treatment to strengthen hardness, and are ground and sprayed with tungsten carbide.
*The upper corrugated roller adopts the negative pressure internal adsorption type to improve the compressive strength of the corrugated board, and the suction pipe interface adopts the quick-disconnecting joint.
*Corrugated roller group adopts V-shaped block positioning and locking, corrugated roller group is placed under, which reduces the center of gravity of the whole machine, has small vibration, does not appear sensitive resonance velocity zone, and corrugated roller group is completely interchanged
*The pressure roller and the lower corrugated roller are pressurized by the air bag, which has the buffering effect and reduces the vibration of the machine
*The rubber roller and the rubber roller are designed as a group of back and forth swing type gluing, the gap control is more stable, the glue separation electric adjustment, and the back and forth swing gluing pneumatic control.
*The gap between the glue roller and the lower corrugated roller, the pressure roller and the lower corrugated roller is self-controlled according to different corrugated types, and mechanical protection devices are designed
*The variable frequency motor independently drives the corrugated roller and the gluing part. The gear type synchronous belt is used to drive the corrugant roller, and the transmission is smooth and the noise is low.
*The amount of glue is controlled by microcomputer, and the PLC can automatically adjust the reasonable amount of glue according to different speed to improve the quality of cardboard.
*The electric eye tracking device is optional, and the paper breaking and gluing part automatically exits.

KFW5/KFW4 Cassette Fast Change Single Facer Machine
