The specific operation procedures of high-speed automatic ink-wash printing machine are as follows: pre production operation specification 1. Machine inspection work 1. During the production process, random inspection should be carried out at any time to check whether there is running position, color difference, whether the pictures and texts are clear and short, whether the slotting knife edge has burr and tear, whether the cover molding has overlapping seam, whether the pressure line is correct and whether the pressure is appropriate. If there are quality problems, they should be handled in time, and the defects should be marked so that they can be detected in the later process. 5. During the loading process, the paperboard staff shall strictly check and control the quality of the paperboard. In case of blistering, bending, dewing, tearing and other defects found, they shall be detected for other use. 6. If the following problems are found, the machine should be shut down immediately for treatment: (1) large color difference and no ink phenomenon; (2) picture and text defect or printing plate problem; (3) printing surface is dirty; (4) machine failure; 7. Observe whether the machine has problems at any time during production and timely guarantee. 8. If the material problems can not be solved on the spot, the production shall be stopped and reported to the quality inspector to let the relevant departments solve them to prepare for the subsequent production.
