Function,characteristics and configuration:

The high-speed printing folding gluing consists of feeding, printing, slotting (die-cutting), waste cleaning, folding, bonding, and stacking parts. The machine is controlled by PLC, operated by touch screen, and has the function of pre storing and managing orders. Its high-speed production capacity, rapidly changing orders, and good stability can meet the shorter and shorter delivery cycle requirements of our cardboard customers.

1. This machine adopts mature design concepts both at domestic and abroad, and uses combined wall panels to fix the folding arm, ensuring the stability of the folding arm without any shaking.

2. The folding belt adopts separate power, which can extend the service life of the belt and reduce the tension of the belt.

3. This machine uses rubber belts to transport cardboard, ensuring the stability and correction function of the cardboard during operation.

4. The computer has functions such as automatic order exchange and automatic order storage.

5. The counting and discharging section adopts a lower parallel feeding method, which solves the problem of large differences in cardboard scissors.

6. The printing department and the paste box department can achieve differential linkage, input the total width of the cardboard, and the adhesive box belt can automatically track, achieving a minimum distance of 5-10cm between cardboard and cardboard directly to reduce the speed of the belt, improve the speed of the paste box, and reduce unnecessary belt wear.

Waste Remover

The function of the waste cleaning machine is to connect the printing die-cutting and adhesive box to remove die-cutting waste. The unit is equipped with horizontal and vertical brushes and fans to quickly clean the waste paper edges.

Gluer and Folder 

The gluing section adopts a pneumatic circulating glue wheel system. The gluing box is reasonably designed to prevent glue overflow and splashing, uses less glue, is easy to clean and does not cause corrosion. It is also convenient to adjust.

1. Automatic glue supply, non-stop glue shutdown, and glue circulation save time and effort.

2. Stainless steel coated wheels are corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and evenly coated to save glue.

3. Equipped with a suction fan and belt drive to ensure that the cardboard does not tilt. The lower belt is controlled by servo for easy adjustment of speed difference.

Stacker

1. The folding part adopts imported rubber belts in combination with pressure springs for transmission, which can effectively prevent the slippage of cardboard during the paperboard feeding process.

2. Carton size adjustment: The data input on the center console can be synchronized and adjusted automatically, which is convenient and efficient.

3. Counting output, paperboard collect at bottom position one by one, high production adaptability, high-frequency paperboard alignment correction, servo-driven ejection is smooth, convenient and accurate.

4. Equipped with a belt differential device, it can effectively adjust the size of the scissors opening, making the finished paper boxes more aesthetically pleasing.

Note: The bottom insert type inline machine is not suitable for coating board printing and full printing carton.
